Cheese 'N Spinach Casserole

- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles (uncooked)
- 2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar (8 oz.)
- 1 1/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained (10 oz. pkg.)
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce (32 oz.)
Directions

1Cook noodles according to directions for 3 minutes.

2Drain. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine cheeses, spinach and eggs. Combine cooked noodles with 2 1/2 cups sauce; place half in a 3-quart casserole.

3Top noodle mixture with cheese mixture, then remaining noodles and sauce.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
