- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Heat butter in 9-inch pie plate on High for 1 minute or until melted.

2Turn plate to coat bottom with butter.

3Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.

4Pour into pie plate.

5Cook, covered with plastic wrap.

6Cook on Medium for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until omelet is almost set.

7Stir after 1 minute.

8Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.

9With a spatula, loosen edges of omelet from plate.

10Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese down center.

11Fold into thirds to serve.
