  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and milk.

    Beat well, then add flour, cornmeal and lemon juice.
