  • 1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)

Directions

    Toss cheese and pepper in buttered 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.

    Pour over this mixture large can of evaporated milk, mixed with beaten eggs and flour.

    Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
