- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 can LeSueur peas
Directions

1In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and gradually stir in flour.

2Slowly stir in milk until thickened.

3Add grated cheese.

4Drain peas and add to cheese sauce.

5Continue to simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
