Cheese Pecan Crisps

  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of red pepper
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions

    Grate the cheese.

    Cream butter and cheese and add remaining ingredients.

    Refrigerate until able to roll into round rolls the size of fifty-cent piece.

    Put rolls in freezer.

    May freeze indefinitely.

    Take out of freezer and wait 10 minutes before slicing into thin rounds.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes at 350°.
