- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of red pepper
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Grate the cheese.

2Cream butter and cheese and add remaining ingredients.

3Refrigerate until able to roll into round rolls the size of fifty-cent piece.

4Put rolls in freezer.

5May freeze indefinitely.

6Take out of freezer and wait 10 minutes before slicing into thin rounds.

7Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes at 350°.
