  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 9 drops vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix well the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon sugar and 9 drops of vanilla. Pour into crust. Put pecans gently over cream cheese mixture. Beat eggs, Karo syrup, sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla real good and pour over pie. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes. DELICIOUS!
