- 3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 large Roma tomato, sliced thin
- salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese to garnish pie
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- pie crust (baked at 450 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes)
Directions

1Put cheese, Worcestershire, salt and dry mustard in pan.

2Heat on low, stirring constantly until melted.

3Beat eggs until foamy. Add to cheese mixture gradually; stirring constantly.

4Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

5Decorate with tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

6Bake another 15 minutes.
