  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Beat cream cheese.

    Add and beat in sugar.

    Add egg yolks, salt and flour; blend in milk and vanilla.

    Beat egg whites; fold into mixture.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 375° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 15 minutes.
