  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • strawberry jelly or jam
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix together thoroughly cream cheese, butter and flour.

    Form into ball and refrigerate overnight.

    Leave at room temperature about 1 hour.

    Roll out thin on lightly floured board.

    Cut into about 3-inch rounds.

    Fill with 1 teaspoon jam or jelly (your desired flavor).

    Fold over and seal edges by crimping with fork. Bake on cookie sheet at 375° for 20 minutes.

    Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
