- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. flour
- strawberry jelly or jam
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix together thoroughly cream cheese, butter and flour.

2Form into ball and refrigerate overnight.

3Leave at room temperature about 1 hour.

4Roll out thin on lightly floured board.

5Cut into about 3-inch rounds.

6Fill with 1 teaspoon jam or jelly (your desired flavor).

7Fold over and seal edges by crimping with fork. Bake on cookie sheet at 375° for 20 minutes.

8Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
