- 3 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, combine cornmeal and cold water. Add boiling water and cook over high heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.

2Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is smooth, 25 to 30 minutes.
