- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 34 cup flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 12 small remaekins or popover cups.

2With an electric mixer, beat the eggs until well blended.

3Beat in the milk and melted butter.

4Sift together the flour, salt, and paprika, then beat into the egg mixture.

5Add the cheese and stir.

6Fill the prepared cups half-full and bake until golden, 25-30 minutes.

7Do not open the oven door during baking or the popovers may fall.

8For dry popovers, pierce each one with a knife after the 30 minutes backing time and bake for 5 minutes more.
