  • 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except for last butter and corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until golden on top. Top with corn flakes and last butter during the last 1/2 hour of baking.
