  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (1 lb.) bag hash brown squares
  • 1 (1 lb.) bag Colby cheese, shredded

Directions

    Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add chicken soup and sour cream and onion (chopped fine).

    Mix together and then add frozen potatoes.

    Mix well again.

    Top with cheese.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven about 1 hour.
