- 4 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Parboil potatoes until fork tender.

2Peel and shred.

3Saute onion in butter until tender.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in soup and sour cream.

6Pour over potatoes.

7Stir in cheese.

8Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

9Refrigerate overnight.
