- 2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. green pepper
Directions

1Melt all ingredients, except frozen potatoes, together on stove.

2Pour liquid over frozen potatoes.
