  • 48 oz. frozen hash browns
  • 2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1/2 c. green pepper

Directions

    Melt all ingredients, except frozen potatoes, together on stove.

    Pour liquid over frozen potatoes.

    Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
