- 6 to 8 large peeled potatoes
- 8 slices sandwich cheese, torn into strips
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2While waiting on oven, cut peeled potatoes into large chunks.

3Boil for 30 minutes.

4While potatoes are boiling, melt 1/2 stick butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter and stir.

5Add 2 cups milk and 6 slices of cheese.

6Heat until sauce starts to thicken.

7(If sauce seems too thick, add 1/2 cup milk until desired consistency is reached.) Remove from heat.
