  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. onion, diced
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Boil potatoes in skins, then peel and dice.

    Heat soup, onion, butter and cheese.

    Add sour cream.

    Pour over diced potatoes. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
