- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 pkg. Cheddar, cubed
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- onion flakes
Directions

1Sprinkle onion flakes over potatoes.

2Melt remaining ingredients, stirring often.

3Pour over potatoes and refrigerator set for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

4Set out on counter 3 to 4 hours before baking.

5Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
