  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar, cubed
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • onion flakes

Directions

    Sprinkle onion flakes over potatoes.

    Melt remaining ingredients, stirring often.

    Pour over potatoes and refrigerator set for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Set out on counter 3 to 4 hours before baking.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
