  • 2 lb. hash browns (frozen)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix together potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream and 8 ounces of cheese.

    Put 4 ounces of cheese on top of mixture.

    Bake at 350° to 400° for 1 hour.
