  • 5 lb. potatoes, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Put in a greased oblong 3-quart glass dish. Cover with foil.

    Bake at 425° for 1/2 hour.

    Continue baking at 325° for 2 to 3 hours until done.

    Uncover during last 1/2 hour.
