- 1 stick margarine
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
Directions

1Melt together first 4 ingredients.

2Grease 9 x 13 pan.

3Pour in hash browns; put salt and pepper on.

4Cover with cheese mixture.

5Cover and let stand for 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

6Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
