- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
Directions

1Combine all except potatoes in saucepan.

2Heat until cheese is melted.

3Stir in hash browns that have been thawed at room temperature.

4Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

5Bake at 350° to 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.

6Cover with aluminum foil until the last 15 minutes.
