  • 1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
  • diced onion to taste (optional)
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick oleo or butter, melted

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.

    Add the melted butter. Then mix altogether.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with grated cheese.

    Bake at 250° for 25 minutes.
