  • 2 lb. bag frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Allow frozen potatoes to thaw.

    Add soup, sour cream, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° covered for first 40 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
