  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. hot milk
  • 1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
  • 4 c. cold, cooked potatoes

    Make white sauce.

    Add 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz. Simmer 5 minutes. Take your 4 cups cold cooked potatoes (1/4-inch thick or cubes) and place in casserole.

    Pour over the white sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
