Cheese Potatoes

Directions

   Use 3-quart casserole.

   Cut potatoes like French fries.

   Layer part of potatoes in bottom of dish.

   Add salt and pepper and 4 to 5 slices of Old English cheese.

   Repeat another layer of potatoes and cheese.

   Dot with butter.

   Pour on 1/2 pint whipping cream. Cover and bake at 400° for 1 hour or until done.
