  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 c. half and half cream
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix and melt everything except potatoes.

    Put potatoes in a greased 8 x 10-inch pan.

    Pour melted mixture over potatoes.

    Let stand 1 hour.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.
