- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix and melt everything except potatoes.

2Put potatoes in a greased 8 x 10-inch pan.

3Pour melted mixture over potatoes.

4Let stand 1 hour.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
