- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 6 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. milk
- salt
- pepper
- onion flakes
Directions

1Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Melt Velveeta, Cheddar, margarine and milk.

3Pour over potatoes.

4Let stand one hour. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Add salt, pepper and onion flakes as desired.
