  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c. Jiffy biscuit mix
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Beat together butter and cream cheese.

    Add sugar, vanilla and salt.

    Beat all together, then add biscuit mix.

    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat.

    Put in greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350° around 45 minutes or when cake falls in middle.
