  • 4 ounces American cheese, sliced
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
