  • 9 slices white bread, crust trimmed and cubed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, together.

    Beat the egg whites; fold into mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake in a greased dish or pan at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes (until top is slightly browned).

    Serve hot!
