- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. margarine
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 loaf unsliced bread
Directions

1Melt first three ingredients in top of double boiler.

2Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into cheese mixture.

3Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.

4Dip bread cubes into mixture and place on well-greased cookie sheet and freeze.

5When frozen, place in plastic bags.

6Bake, unthawed, at 400° for 15 minutes.
