- 4 tablespoons butter
- 34 cup water
- 34 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, divided
- 34 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions

1Bring butter and water to a boil.

2Mix in flour and salt, stir until dough is a solid ball.

3Remove from stove and beat in 1 egg.

4Add the other egg and beat until glossy and blended.

5Beat in cheese and cayenne pepper.

6Spoon batter into a large pastry bag fitted with a large fluted tip (or spoon batter into a large zip lock bag; gather batter to one corner of the bag and cut the tip off, about the size of a dime).

7Dot the batter onto a greased baking tray about 1/4 inch apart.

8Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
