Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sharp grated cheese
  • 1 lb. margarine
  • 4 c. flour
  • cream cheese and butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • nuts

Directions

    Add flour and all ingredients to soften cream cheese.

    Roll out 1/4-inch thick; cut with small cutter.

    Bake on ungreased pan at 350° until done.

    Brush top with egg whites.

    Put nuts on top. Bake 10 or 15 minutes more.

    Leave room between each one for expansion.

    Store in tight container.
