- 1 lb. sharp grated cheese
- 1 lb. margarine
- 4 c. flour
- cream cheese and butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- nuts
Directions

1Add flour and all ingredients to soften cream cheese.

2Roll out 1/4-inch thick; cut with small cutter.

3Bake on ungreased pan at 350° until done.

4Brush top with egg whites.

5Put nuts on top. Bake 10 or 15 minutes more.

6Leave room between each one for expansion.

7Store in tight container.
