Cheese Quesadillas

   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Place 8 fajita-style tortillas on a baking sheet.

   Top each tortilla evenly with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and sprinkle over with diced chilies.

   Place in oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.

   Take out and fold each tortilla in half, then cut into 4 triangles.

   Serve with salsa and sour cream when hot.
