  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can chili, no beans
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Directions

    Brown meat and onions. Drain. Add salt and pepper.

    Stir in Rotel, chili and beans.

    Dice cheese in mixture and melt. Stir in sour cream.
