- 3 c. hot, cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Into hot, cooked rice, stir 1 cup of the cheese, butter and chicken broth.

2Mix well.

3Combine milk and egg and stir into hot rice.

4Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

6Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
