  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. strawberry jam
  • 1 box Ritz crackers

    Grate cheese.

    Mix together cheese, nuts, onion and mayonnaise. Place in mold and let chill overnight. Remove from mold and serve with jam and crackers.
