  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • dash of black or cayenne pepper
  • strawberry preserves

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except strawberry preserves.

    Spray ring mold with Pam. Place in mold and refrigerate until firm.
  3. 3
    Fill center with preserves and serve with crackers.
