  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 medium onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pickling spices
  • 12 large eggs hard cooked

    Simmer all ingredients (but eggs) in sauce pan for 10 minutes.

    Put eggs in jar and cover with hot mixture.

    Refrigerate for several hours.
