  • 16 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz. medium Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 12 oz. strawberry preserves

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except pecans and preserves; mix well. Sprinkle 1/4 cup pecans in a greased ring mold.

    Press cheese into mold.

    Chill.

    Unmold and place remaining pecans on top.

    Put preserves in the middle.
