  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 medium grated onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • strawberry preserves

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients together and press in ring mold. Place in refrigerator and chill.

    Turn out and place preserves into center of ring.

    Serve with crackers.
