- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Mix salsa and eggs together.

2Combine cheeses.

3Put half of cheese mixture in bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan.

4Pour egg mixture over cheese.

5Top with remaining cheese.

6Bake for 40 minutes at 350°. Cut in squares and serve with Town House crackers.
