  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 to 1 1/2 slices American cheese

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Stir in cornstarch.

    Add milk and stir until thickened.

    Turn heat down and add cheese.

    Stir until melted. Makes 1/2 cup of sauce.

    Great over broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
