  • 1/2 c. Heritage butter
  • 1/2 c. unbleached flour
  • 2 1/4 c. Heritage milk
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Melt butter slowly in saucepan; add flour, cool a few minutes. Slowly add milk, then cheese and salt.

    Cook until thickens. Serve with tomato sauce on the side.
