- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Melt butter and blend with flour to make smooth mixture.

2Add milk slowly and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly until thickens. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Be careful not to overcook.
