  • 1/3 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, Parmesan, Jack, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed until smooth with 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

Directions

    In a pan, slowly heat the milk and cornstarch until thick. Add the cheese and seasoning salt, stirring until cheese is melted.

    Serve over hot vegetables.
