  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat.

    Stir in flour, salt and dash of pepper.

    Add milk and stir until smooth.

    Add cheese and cook until thick.
