  • 2 cans milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

    Melt butter; add flour. Blend well; add salt and pepper to taste. Gradually add milk. Stir until smooth. Add cheese until melted.
